This "Girls Only" Camp will offer participants aerobic, strength and core conditioning through activities such as kickboxing, outdoor running, calisthenics, push-ups, agility drills, circuit training, Pilates, rock climbing, swimming, Zumba, Drums Alive, stability ball and Bosu training.  
Daily "Talk Time" will include a discussion about the Theme of the day, proper nutrition and healthy living habits. The Girls will end their day with Yoga and journal writing.
