This "Girls Only" Camp will offer participants aerobic, strength and core conditioning through activities such as kickboxing, outdoor running, calisthenics, push-ups, agility drills, circuit training, Pilates, rock climbing, swimming, stability ball and Bosu training.  Proper nutrition and healthy eating habits will be discussed. The Girls will end their day with Yoga and journal writing.
